Electric Tricycle Manufacturer Sourcing Terms of Service

These terms describe an independent sourcing-coordination service for business procurement inquiries. By submitting a request, you confirm that the information may be used to clarify requirements, identify possible suppliers and coordinate quotation-related communication.

Service boundary

The service coordinates buyer-side sourcing questions and does not hold inventory, represent a third-party brand, certify products or warrant supplier performance, pricing, timing, regulatory status or savings. Supplier responses, samples, documents and quotations require buyer review.

Buyer information

You are responsible for providing lawful, accurate product requirements and artwork you are entitled to use. Do not submit payment-card data, passwords, health information or other sensitive personal information.

Quotations and decisions

Any comparison depends on aligned product, variant, quantity, packaging, currency, trade term, freight scope and destination. Prices and timing may change and are not binding unless separately confirmed by the relevant parties. The buyer remains responsible for technical, legal, testing, regulatory and commercial decisions.

Acceptable use
